The Role
You'll own design end-to-end - from messy problem to polished product. You'll sit founder-side, not request-side. That means you're in the room when decisions get made, and your opinions carry weight.

What You'll Do
- Own product design end-to-end from problem framing to shipped UX/UI.
- Work directly with founders and shape product decisions in real time.
- Proactively identify opportunities and improve product quality without being asked.
- Translate product thinking into high-quality implementation-ready outputs.
What We Look For
- Professional UI/UX design experience with strong product thinking.
- Comfortable with code (frontend minimum; backend familiarity is a bonus).
- A portfolio of complex problems solved with clean, thoughtful execution.
- Power user of AI tools with deep intuition for AI-native products.
- Hungry to take ownership, grow quickly, and do career-defining work.
