Quick Response Technologies Private Limited ("Recepto", "we" or "us") offers a business intelligence platform to capture purchase intent data ("Platform") through which businesses ("Customers") or their authorised users ("Users") can obtain information and use the Platform and associated features to enable outreach to potential customers (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, including business contact information and other types of personal data that are submitted to us or accessed by us through our Services, including through the Platform, or otherwise stored, used, disclosed, inferred, acquired or processed by us in connection with developing, improving or providing our Services and giving access to the Platform to Users.
This Privacy Policy also describes Recepto's practices for collecting, storing, using, disclosing, and otherwise processing personal data in relation to visitors to our website, https://recepto.ai/, our application hosted on different web stores, Recepto's marketing activities, and Customers' use of and access to the Platform and our Services.
For Data Principals whose personal data is included in Recepto's database made accessible to Customers through the Platform ("Recepto Intelligence Network" or "ReceptoNet"), this Privacy Policy is intended to provide information on Recepto and its Services, how you can opt out of the Recepto Intelligence Network, and the potential outcomes and consequences of remaining in that network. By remaining in the Recepto Intelligence Network, you may be contacted by our Customers when they are conducting business-to-business sales and marketing activities. Communications you receive may be relevant to your business, profession, or role, but we cannot guarantee that you will find them relevant or of interest.
By accessing the Services and/or our Platform, visiting the Website or otherwise participating in Recepto's marketing activities, you acknowledge the collection, use, disclosure and other handling of your information as described below.
Information we use to provide the service
We use a variety of information that we obtain, access and store from various sources, including data aggregators, our Customers, and networks such as messaging groups, social media channels, and user groups, in order to provide the Services.
Information Customers and Users submit to us
Customers and their Users may provide a variety of information to us through the Services. This includes:
- Users' own contact number and other personal data, such as name, email address, telephone number, job title, employer and location.
- Other personal data shared on messaging platforms, social media platforms, and other online platforms and databases that our Customers or their Users submit to us or provide us access to through their use of our Services.
If we provide a payment option to Customers, our service providers process payment information while Recepto does not have direct access to it. If a Customer purchases one of our subscription-based Services, payment and/or credit card information may be requested by our payment partners to fulfil the purchase request. We have agreements in place to help ensure that such information is processed securely and confidentially.
We may also request additional information in order to create, support and maintain customer accounts. We refer to all of the above information in this section as "Service Information."

Information we collect automatically

- To administer and troubleshoot the Services or Website.
- To create new products, services and tools.
- To verify identity and establish accounts.

- To process and fulfil orders and manage subscriptions.
How we use the Usage Information
- To provide, evaluate and improve the Services, Platform or Website.
- To provide marketing leads to Customers and Users from the Recepto Intelligence Network.
- To send advertisements, tailor promotional material, and perform analytics activities both on and off the Website or Services.
How we use Marketing Information
- To respond to your request, provide requested information, and contact you about that request.
- To send you updates, emails, newsletters and other information.
- To sign you up for newsletters or alerts.
- To verify registration to the Services and approve email addresses.

- Business and data partners in the course of creating new data services and solutions.
Your choices, and how to remove your content and information
We may offer Customers self-serve options for updating account information and indicating their preferences with usage of the Services.
If you are a Data Principal and do not want information about yourself to be included in or accessed by the Services or Platform, or to be used as part of the Recepto Intelligence Network, please submit a request to contact@recepto.ai. We will keep your information only to suppress it from future inclusion in the Recepto Intelligence Network accessible to our Customers.
Please note that this will not remove your data from the databases of other parties, such as our Customers, other data providers, or platforms that may already possess your data. You can also request a report detailing information Recepto has collected on you or processed on behalf of our Customers by emailing contact@recepto.ai.
Security
We understand the importance of the security of the information we collect, but we cannot promise that our security measures will eliminate all risks or avoid all security breaches. When you provide information to us, you do so at your own risk.
We recommend that you use strong and unique passwords, protect the confidentiality of your credentials, keep devices up to date, and notify us of any suspected unauthorized activity. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures, reasonable precautions, and follow industry best practices to safeguard your information against loss, theft, unauthorized use, access, or modification.

The Services, Platform and/or Website may contain links to third-party websites, applications and services and may also contain cookies and other third-party content and features. Children / Minors

Retention
Data shared by Customers will be retained strictly on our Customers' behalf in accordance with their reasonable instructions and our contractual obligations. Data of Users will be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain and expand our relationship, provide Services and offerings, comply with legal obligations, or protect ourselves from potential disputes.
Business profiles will be retained for as long as necessary to provide our Services and to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our policies. If you prefer that we not share your data with Customers or Users, you may opt out by emailing contact@recepto.ai. We maintain a suppression list to ensure opt-out requests are respected.
Your rights
We allow you to access your personal data, edit it, or obtain data collected about you by contacting contact@recepto.ai. For deletion and opting out, you also need to email that address.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights such as the right to access, update, amend, delete, or restrict use of your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, know the identities of parties with access to your data, or complain to a local data protection authority. Some rights apply only in certain circumstances.
We process personal data about you in reliance on your consent, to comply with our legal obligations, or to fulfil contracts with you or our Customers. In contexts where we act as a data processor for our Customers, requests to exercise rights should be directed to the relevant Customer first.

This Privacy Policy may be modified from time to time as our business practices and legal requirements evolve. If it is modified, we will provide notice of the change by posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Website and including the effective date of the update.
