Recepto is built for revenue teams of B2B companies and only tracks 3rd party data and signals. Most other intent players track internal (1st party - website visitors, trials, etc.) or partner (2nd party) signals. Our core value comes from understanding "what to track" and "how" and "where" to track based on your business.

Recepto focuses on your active prospects who may not have heard about your solution but are grappling with problems you can solve for. We go very deep into solving this one problem and help you expand the funnel with leads that you would not have got otherwise. In that sense we are complimentary to other ways you generate your leads today.

Recepto is built on first principles from the grounds up; our founding team has a great mix of sales, marketing and AI experience. Once you see our product, you will know why is it unique and will be convinced that nothing like this exists in the world today that works so well that it feels like magic.

How does the pricing work?

We have 3 plans - Growth, Professional and Enterprise. Depending on your stage of the company and the budget, you can start with any of the first 3 plans. The primary difference in each of the plans is around the number of Plays you can subscribe to and the reach-out options that you have based on the leads created for you. This in turn affects the volume of the leads that you can get and the time you need to spend on Recepto to get positive responses.

The minimum commitment duration is a quarter. We have annual plans as well - you can get in touch with us to know more about the pricing and discount for annual plans.

What details will I get under CTA? Email? LinkedIn? Phone?

CTA (Call to Action) is a means to reach out to your prospect. Recepto will endeavour to give you at least one of Email, Linkedin, Twitter or Phone number when a lead is unlocked. In case the lead comes from a single identifiable source, you will also get the source link so that you have more context before you initiate your conversation

Is pricing per user or per account?

Pricing is at the account level with pooled credits; Depending on the plan, you can certain admin and member accounts. You can also add more users by paying a simple User Add-on cost.

Our intent score is calculated from a combination of these factors: 
1) Match between your business signals and lead intent
2) Match between your desired ICP and the source ICP
3) Historical credibility of the source channel in surfacing the right intent for your industry.

The higher the intent score, the more relevant and hot the lead should be.

Yes each lead on the Recepto platform varies from 1 credit to 10 credits depending on the lead scores, which Play does it come from and how is it unlocked / qualified (automatically by the system or manually by you)

The number of credits required is primarily dependent on 
1) Intent score 
2) Whether the lead is generated from a generic Play or a premium Play
3) How is the lead unlocked (manually or automatically) - this can be set by you in Play settings.

When do my credits get deducted?

Credits are deducted as soon as a lead is unlocked and we get some CTA (Call to action - any one or more of email, phone, linkedin) for that lead. In case we cant get a CTA, the credits dont get deducted

What meeting booking rate should we expect?

This number varies dramatically across channels and plays. You can hope to see 5% to 10% positive response rates on an average for your reachouts with Recepto. From those responses, you can expect 50% meeting rates. These numbers are for automated responses. Manual responses would definitely be higher if done well.

The cost of each credit is pegged to be close to a dollar. The exact cost varies based on which plan are you in, how many credits did you get in that plan and whether you ended up buying extra credits in that month or not

Yes, you will be able to track multiple ICPs within the same account and assign Plays to any of the ICPs defined in your account

Unfortunately no. Given the nature of our platform, our Growth and Professional plans are inherently pilot plans. Each "Play / Lead / Decision maker / Reachout copy and strategy" loop takes about 30-60 days to perfect and bring them to a "magical" level. We would ideally want you to start on one of our Pilot plans, get to ROI in about 2 months and then explore moving to an enterprise plan by scaling whatever is working well.

Yes, for a short time period, we are offering a 50% discount when our Scout agent unlocks the leads for you. So rather than X credits, you are charged X/2 credits for that lead

An unlocked lead will have information around intent (linked to the play), tags around size, industry, funding stage and geography, information around why that particular lead was created, Decision makers for that lead, their contact details and an activity log around any interactions that you may do with that lead.

You can reachout to a lead either manually or use any of the multi-channel reachout templates that we provide in the platform. It is simple and very easy to assign a template, sit back and let the system reachout to prospects who are exhibiting signals that you are tracking.

We will track the following 4 milestones in the 90 day paid pilot that you will sign-off on:

1) Quality of the Plays and ICP

We believe that once we have set the above 4 things, we will keep scaling based on your appetite to grow and absorb those leads.

Recepto enables you to connect your business Whatsapp groups and public Slack channels that you are part of to your account. Any relevant leads coming from those groups or workspaces also flow in to your Recepto account. If you are in any paid plan (Growth onwards), this data remains private to your account. The benefit from Recepto is that it automatically enriches the person behind the intent so that you can reach out to them easily. We leave it to your discretion to disclose to the community admins that you have connected your workspaces and groups to Recepto.

In addition to this, you can also track your named prospects actively on Linkedin for any signals.
