Most other intent players track internal (1st party - website visitors, trials, etc.) or partner (2nd party) signals. Recepto focuses on active prospects who may not have heard about your solution but are grappling with problems you can solve for. We go very deep into solving this one problem and help you expand the funnel with leads that you would not have got otherwise. In that sense we are complementary to other ways you generate leads today. Recepto is built from first principles by a founding team with a great mix of sales, marketing and AI experience.

Recepto is always Intent + ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) based. We act on live buying signals rather than broad cold lists.

We have 100+ sources from which we get our leads today. The number of sources is increasing consistently. We check across multiple source channels for each lead before bringing it into your account. Leads from LinkedIn might be less than 10% of our total lead volume.

For any lead that is unlocked, you get context and enriched contacts of decision makers where available. If the lead is sourced from a single public source, you also get a direct link to the original source so you have more context before reaching out.

Typically a Play consists of multiple signals and triggers, so leads within that Play may come from multiple sources. In cases where the source is singular, we show you the original source of that lead so that you have more context before outreach.

We use the latest LLMs and crawlers for collection, classification, and copy generation, with human review as needed. Typically from a few million signals accessed every day, we generate a few highly relevant leads per account.

If you are a member of any such private community, we can help you track those communities for relevant signals and also enrich the personas automatically. That data is only visible in your account and remains private to you.

A Play is a set of business triggers and signals. These business triggers can be edited by you within the boundaries of that Play. The variables and filters are typically around your ICP or intent signals that you want to track, such as company size, industry, geography, and persona.

We have 3 plans - Growth, Professional and Enterprise. Depending on your stage and budget, you can start with any of the first three plans. The primary difference between plans is around the number of Plays you can subscribe to and the outreach options available. This in turn affects lead volume and the time needed to get positive responses. The minimum commitment is a quarter. Annual plans are also available with discounts - get in touch with us for details.

Pricing is at the account level with pooled credits. Depending on the plan, you get a certain number of admin and member accounts. You can add more users by paying a simple User Add-on cost.

Yes. Each lead on the Recepto platform varies from 1 credit to 10 credits depending on the lead score, which Play it comes from, and how it is unlocked or qualified - automatically by the system or manually by you.

The number of credits required depends on: 1) Intent score - higher intent leads cost more credits. 2) Whether the lead is generated from a generic Play or a Premium Play. 3) How the lead is unlocked - manually or automatically - which can be set in Play settings.

When do my credits get deducted?

Credits are deducted as soon as a lead is unlocked and we find a CTA (Call to Action - any one or more of email, phone, LinkedIn) for that lead. If we cannot find a CTA, credits are not deducted.

The cost of each credit is pegged to be close to one dollar. The exact cost varies based on which plan you are on, how many credits are included in that plan, and whether you purchase extra credits in that month.

There is no free trial. Our Growth and Professional plans are inherently pilot plans. Each Play, Lead, Decision Maker, Outreach copy and strategy loop takes about 30 to 60 days to perfect. We recommend starting on a pilot plan, reaching ROI in about 2 months, then exploring an Enterprise plan by scaling what is working well.

Yes. For a limited time, we are offering a 50% discount when our Scout agent unlocks leads automatically. So rather than X credits, you are charged X/2 credits for that lead when unlocked by the Scout agent.

Yes. Whenever you subscribe to a new Play, you get 149 credits along with it that can be used to unlock leads from that Play.

Once these four are set, we scale based on your appetite.

In some cases, we find the intent but may not immediately find the CTA. In our experience, 50% of cases show CTAs immediately. For others, we hunt for 24 hours for public CTAs. If not found, you can ignore that lead and no credits will be deducted.

All leads are created from your subscribed Plays, which hunt for leads based on ICP and Play variables. If leads appear irrelevant, the fix is to sharpen your ICP, sharpen the variables in your Play, or replace the current Play with a more targeted one.

If lead volume is low, you can increase it by: 1) Widening your ICP definitions. 2) Relaxing some conditions or variables in currently subscribed Plays. 3) Subscribing to more Plays.
